How to Use

  1. Access the "List of Added Files" section in your chatbot's management interface.
  2. Browse the list of displayed files, which shows documents already added for training.
  3. Check the status of each file (trained or not) to understand the current state of your knowledge base.
  4. To manage a specific file, click on the three dots to the right of the file to display the action menu.
  5. Use the menu options to add a URL associated with the file if necessary.
  6. If a file is no longer relevant, use the deletion option to remove it from the chatbot's knowledge base.
  7. Repeat these steps for each file you wish to manage or modify.

Regularly viewing your added files allows you to maintain an up-to-date and relevant knowledge base for your chatbot, ensuring more accurate and useful responses.

Be cautious when deleting files, as this can affect your chatbot's knowledge and performance. Make sure the file is truly no longer needed before deleting it.
