Adding Files

Learn how to enrich your chatbot with data from external files

Context

This page allows you to add files to the chatbot to provide it with additional data.

Interface Description

The interface presents an upload area where you can drag and drop files or click to select them. Once files are added, you can see their processing status and manage them.

Objective

Enable the enrichment of the chatbot's knowledge base with information from various types of files, such as PDF documents, presentations, or other supported formats.

How to Use

  1. Access the "Add Files" section in your chatbot's configuration interface.
  2. Click on the upload area or drag and drop your files directly.
  3. Select one or more files from your computer.
  4. Wait for the files to be uploaded and processed by the system.
  5. Monitor the processing status of each file in the displayed list.
  6. Once processing is complete, the information contained in the files will be integrated into the chatbot's knowledge base.
  7. You can manage the added files (delete, replace) if necessary.

Make sure you have the necessary rights to use the content of the files you're adding
