Learn how to use the Data Portal to create your first chatbot

Option 1: Data Portal - Chatbots

Context

After creating your organization, you access a blank interface, the Data Portal, without any configured chatbot. This is where you can create your first fully customizable Chatbot. If you don't feel comfortable yet, simply go to the Learning Hub.

Interface Description

This section is titled "Chatbots" and displays a message prompting you to create your first chatbot. The interface is clean, with a central "+ New Chatbot" button and another "+ Create a Chatbot" button in the top right corner.

How to Use

  1. Click on one of the buttons to start creating your first IkigenIA chatbot.
  2. This step is essential to start using chatbots trained on larger datasets than what you can inject into your AI Mentors, for example (such as links).
  3. Chatbots are also the ideal support in school or collaborative environments.
