Learn how to manage and analyze user interactions with your chatbot

Context

This page is dedicated to users who interact with a specific chatbot.

Interface Description

The interface allows you to search for users, view their information (ID, name, email), and analyze the conversations they've had with the chatbot. Available columns can be adjusted via the "Columns" button.

Provide a detailed overview of user interactions with the chatbot, thus enabling a better understanding of user engagement and needs.

Do not confuse these users with those of your organization who are managed via the Permissions option in the organization dashboard (accessible via the link: Data Portal). Also, make sure to respect user privacy when analyzing their interactions.
