Permissions and Access

Learn how to manage permissions specific to different features of your platform

Context

This section allows you to manage permissions specific to the various features available on your platform, such as quizzes, flashcards, mentors, etc.

Interface Description

The interface is presented as an interactive table. You can check or uncheck authorizations by user group. For example, a member with restricted access may be authorized to access only quizzes and flashcards, while an owner may have access to all features.

How to Use

  1. Access the "Permissions and Access" section in your administration interface.
  2. Examine the permissions table that lists the different features in rows and user groups in columns.
  3. For each feature, determine which user groups should have access to it.
  4. Check the corresponding boxes to grant access or uncheck them to remove it.
  5. Pay special attention to sensitive permissions, such as user management or access to confidential data.
  6. After making your modifications, don't forget to save your changes.
  7. Test the new permissions by logging in with different user accounts to verify that the accesses are correctly configured.
